Everyone
either has an iPad somewhere at home or is considering purchasing one because
of their durability and convenience. But, aside from the obvious, what can you
actually do with your iPad to get the best possible use out of it?
Virtual touchpad
If
you do a lot of work and writing on your iPad or you plan to buy one for
business purposes, one cool way to get the best possible use out of it is to
make use of the virtual touchpad. Whenever the keyboard is displayed, you can
activate the touchpad allowing you to move the cursor and select text more
quickly and accurately. This can help you to save A LOT of time when meeting
deadlines!
Voice dictation
Maybe you aren’t so quick
at typing and don’t understand savvy technological features. So, you can still
get great use out of your iPad for work purposes by using the voice dictator!
As you’ve also probably heard Siri can do anything you ask to help boost your
iPad productivity.
App switch
You
can switch between apps quickly and efficiently by double clicking the home
button. This is a simple but effective feature that actually, a lot of iPad
users aren’t aware of because the older models didn’t have this feature. So,
save your time, don’t reload the apps and just swap whenever you please! This
is also a quick way to close all of your apps to help save your battery life
and increase the speed of your iPad.
AirDrop
A newer feature that has
been added to iOS products, is AirDrop! You can transfer documents, photos,
videos etc from one apple device to another within a second. A great feature to
quickly get something sent over instead of messing around with message waiting
times and emails!
Word correction
Autocorrect
can be annoying, right? Autocorrect sometimes won’t even recognise your name or
will think that you are trying to say something completely out of context.
Well, your iPad can show you the word correction without automatically
correcting it! So, you can easily correct misspelt words without having to
worry about autocorrection.
